There are quite a few Brown Butter bars out there these days, but this is the original, and still the best!
The beauty of this bar is its complexity within its simplicity. We take brown butter (local sweet cream butter cooked, first to remove the moisture content, and second to caramelize the remaining milk solids), and mix it with a 72% chocolate from Ecuador, then add a little fleur de sel. The result is a silky smooth chocolate with the flavor of caramel.
